Terms and Conditions for the Consulting Video Feature

Before using the video consultation feature on Utas, please read the following terms and conditions in full. By using the video consultation feature from Utas, you agree and comply with all the terms and conditions on this page.

Definition

Utas is a platform service for generating income from the internet by selling digital products and consulting.

The Consultation feature is a feature that is used to conduct online consultations or questions and answers within Utas.

Parties Involved

  1. Utas acts as a video consulting service provider party.
  2. Users act as parties that provide online video consulting services by using the Utas platform.
  3. The buyer acts as a party that purchases online video consulting services from Utas.

Condition

  1. Both, the User and the Buyer, hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”, are declared to be of sufficient age and reasonable while using Utas.
  2. If a dispute is founded while using Utas, the Parties agree to have amicably resolved their outstanding dispute by the jurisdiction law of the country of Indonesia.

User Terms

  1. The User is obliged to use appropriate and without any bad intention consulting services that may conflict with Indonesian law.
  2. The User is required to provide a video consultation session according to a predetermined schedule after the Buyer has purchased. 
  3. The user has the right to cancel or reschedule the consultation.
  4. Consultation funds will be returned 100% to the Buyer if the User cancels the consultation.
  5. Rescheduling requests for the consultation appointment must receive the approval of both parties.
  6. If the Buyer agrees to the rescheduled request from the User, then the consultation session will continue according to the new schedule.
  7. The consultation will be considered canceled by the User if the Buyer rejects the rescheduled request from the User.
  8. Consultation payment funds will be received by the User after 24 hours from the consultation schedule.
  9. If the Buyer files a complaint and there are founded bad intentions or fraud by the Utas team, then the consulting payment funds will be returned 100% to the Buyer.
  10. Utas is not responsible for all transactions made outside of Utas’ system.

Buyer Terms

  1. After the purchase is placed, the Buyer has the right to receive an email from Utas and customer login access to create a Google Meet link where video consultations will be carried out.
  2. Buyers are expected to make/create Google Meet links independently.
  3. Buyers who do not make/create the Google Meet link on their own will get the Google Meet link automatically 1 hour before the consultation has been scheduled.
  4. The Google Meet link that has been created indicates that the Buyer can no longer cancel or change the consultation schedule.
  5. Buyers can cancel or reschedule the consultation appointment on the customers’ login page.
  6. The consultation that is canceled by the Buyer, will incur a 20% fee of the consulting transaction value, so only 80% of the transaction value will be refunded to the Buyer.
  7. Rescheduling requests for the consultation appointment must receive the approval of both parties.
  8. If the User agrees to the rescheduled request from the Buyer, then the consultation session will continue according to the new schedule.
  9. The consultation will be considered canceled by the Buyer if the Buyer rejects the rescheduled request from the Buyer.
  10. Within 24 hours after the consultation schedule is done, the Buyers have the right to file a complaint if there is found fraud by the User.
  11. All forms of complaints must be supported by correct and strong evidence.
  12. The buyer has the right to get up to a 100% compensation refund if the complaint submission is approved by the Utas team.
  13. Funds will be forwarded to the User if the complaint submitted is rejected by the Utas team.
  14. The consultation will be considered complete without any problems and the funds will be forwarded to the User 24 hours after the scheduled consultation is done.
  15. Complaints submitted more than 24 hours after the scheduled consultation is done, will be automatically rejected by the system.
  16. Utas is not responsible for all transactions made outside of Utas’ system.
