Consultations : How to Reply to Text Consultation in Utas

To reply to Text Consultation in Utas, kindly follow the steps below :

  1. Log in to app.utas.co.



  2. Click on the Consultation on the left drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Consultation List tab on the Consultations page.
  4. If there is a transaction with PAID status, a table will appear in the DISCUSSION LIST section.
  5. Select a message with a Need Reply status, then click View in the Action column.
  6. Then, you will be redirected to the DISCUSSION FROM page.



  7. Write your reply in the Write your reply here field.
  8. Also, if you’re not used to writing in a small field, you can use attachments by enabling the option :
    • Embed Videos. By enabling this feature, you can attach replies in the form of a video you’ve uploaded to Youtube. All you have to do is just put your Youtube video ID in the field provided.
    • Embed Links. By enabling this feature, you can attach replies in the form of access to other pages, such as Google Docs, Notion, Dropbox, or the Telegraph. Just put the URL of your document in the field provided.
  9. Click on the Send Reply button to send a reply to your client.
  10. Finished.
