Connecting Utas With Zoom
Before using Zoom to conduct a consultation session with Utas, you need to connect Zoom with Utas first. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to app.utas.co.
- Click the User Menu > Profile Settings from the drop-down menu.
- On the Profile Settings page, click on the Integration tab.
- Then click on the Sign in with Zoom button.
- Afterward, sign in to the Zoom dashboard with your Zoom account username and password.
- Click Allow on the Zoom Authorization page.
- Click OK on the success notification.
- Finished. Now your Utas account has been connected to Zoom, and the button has been changed to Connected.
Using Zoom as a Consultation Media in Utas
After you’ve successfully connected Utas with Zoom, the next step is to use Zoom as a consultation media. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to app.utas.co.
- Click on the Consultation menu.
- On the Consultation page, click on the Topics tab, then click on the Add New Topic button.
- Afterward, select by Appointment option on the Create New Topics page.
- Then fill up the Title, Pricing, Description, Duration, and Location fields on the available forms. For the Location field, select the Zoom option.
- After that, click Create.
- Click OK on the success notification.
- Finished.
Getting the Zoom Meeting Link
If someone has made a consultation transaction with you, you’ll automatically get a link to a Zoom meeting. The system will not be able to automatically generate the Zoom Meeting link if there is no transaction.
To get the link, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to app.utas.co.
- Click on the Consultation menu.
- Next, click on the Consultation List tab.
- Select the Appointment tab, then click on the Details button on your consultation transaction.
- Then, the DETAIL EVENT SCHEDULED page will appear. Click on the Click Here link on the Location > Zoom Meeting section.
- After that, you’ll be directed to the Zoom Meeting page.
- Finished.
