How does it work?
Customers visit your Utas profile
Customers make transactions
After the payment is received, the funds will be immediately deducted by the transaction fee
The funds will be automatically entered into the Wallet according to the settlement time (disbursement of funds) for each payment method
Withdraw the funds directly from Stripe dashboard
Settlement
- The funds received by the Seller are the price of the product after deducting the service fee and the nominal discount voucher (if any).
- If there is a promo or discount voucher given by the Seller to the Buyer, the nominal amount is 100% borne by the Seller.
- The funds will begin to be processed to the Seller's balance after payment is verified by the system
- The funds will be credited to the Seller's balance within the timeframe determined by Stripe.
Withdraw
- Every seller MUST create a Stripe or PayPal account for withdrawal purposes.
- Every successful withdrawal process will be subject to admin fees varying according to the terms & conditions of Stripe or PayPal.
- It takes time to withdraw with a certain nominal. How long it takes depends on Stripe's or PayPal's terms.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the Stripe or PayPal dashboard.
- Utas does not accept any cash withdrawal request from the Seller.
