You find a problem when trying to change your Utas username. How to fix the can’t change Utas username issue?
In Utas, there are 2 (two) dashboard pages that need the username and password to log in and access it. These two are the application page (app.utas.co) and the membership page (member.utas.co).
If the username issue you mean is the username for accessing the Membership page, then it can not be changed. You can only change your email and password.
On the other hand, If the username you mean is the username for accessing the Application page, then you can only change it once. After that, you can not change it anymore.
To be known, we call the username in the application page as Profile Name.
