How to Create Digital Products on Utas

To create a new digital product on Utas, kindly follow the steps below :

1. Login to halaman app.utas.co.
2. Click the Products menu. 
3. Click the Product tab.
4. Click the New Product button.

6. You’re now on the Create Product page. On this page there are several sections that you need to arrange, including:

PRODUCT INFO

In the PRODUCT INFO section, write your digital product title, description and public cover in the given field.

PRODUCT PRICE

Specify the price for your product. There are 2 pricing options that you can choose.

• Fixed : select this option if the price you’re offering is fixed.
• Pay what you want : select this option if the price you’re offering is flexible. It means that potential buyers can choose 1 out of a maximum of 3 prices that you specify.

Or if you enable the Enable Custom Amount option, they can provide their own price, of course the minimum limit is as you have set.

SET UP DIGITAL PRODUCT

There are 2 options that you can choose from :

• File
• Redirection.

File

There are at least 2 types of content (digital products) that you can sell and which buyers can access. You can choose one or both at the same time.

In this section do the following :

1. Write a description of the video or file that you make into a digital product in the File/Video description section.
2. Click the + Video button to add a digital product in the form of a video. If you choose this there are 2 options you can choose from.
   • Embed. Select this if your video is stored on platforms like Youtube, Vimeo, Vdochipper and Wistia. Select the platform and enter the video URL in the field provided. You can add a maximum of 4 URLs.
     
     
     
     
   • Uploads. Select this option if you want to store digital products in Threads. You do this by clicking the Upload button and then selecting the video you want to upload. You can add up to 10 videos with a maximum size of 250 MB for each video.
     
     
     
3. Click the + File button to add a digital product in the form of a file. If you choose this there are 2 options you can choose from.
   • Upload Files. Select this option if you want to upload a Zip or PDF file and store it in Threads. The maximum size is 50 MB. The trick is to click the Choose File or Browse button.
     
     
   • Use an external file. Choose this option if your file is on another file hosting like Dropbox or Google Drive, all you have to do is enter the link in the File URL field.
     

Redirection

If you select this option, your buyers will access your digital products on the platform you specify. You only need to enter the access link in the field provided.

In the redirection link section :

• enter the URL where buyers can access the digital product they purchased in the Redirect URL field.
• In the File/Video description field, enter the instructions or information for the buyers to access your digital product, such as passwords and so on.

7. Click on the Publish button to save your digital product.
8. Click OK on the success notification.
9. Finished.

Editing Digital Products

To edit digital products please follow these steps:

1. Login to app.utas.co.
2. Click the Products menu.
3. Click the Product tab.
4. Choose the digital product that you want to edit and then click Edit in the Action column.

5. Adjust or edit your digital product. Once done, click the Save button.
6. Click the OK button on the success notification.
7. Done.

Deleting Digital Product

To delete a digital product, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the app.utas.co page.
2. Click on the Products menu.
3. Click on the Products tab.
4. Select the digital product that you want to delete and click Delete in the Action column.

5. Click the Yes, Delete It! button on pop up.
6. Done.
