HOW TO CONNECT UTAS WITH CRISP

Copy The Crisp Website ID

Before connecting Utas with Crisp, you must first copy the Crisp Website ID. Here are the following steps: 

  1. Log in to Crisp Dashboard.
  2. Collect the Widget Code by clicking on settings->websites -> integrations -> html.
  3. Copy the crisp_website_id.

Connecting Utas with Crisp

To connect both accounts, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to app.utas.co
  2. Go to Menu Integration.
  3. Click the Account tab on the Integration page.
  4. Select the Crisp Chat option in the Chat Integrations section.
  5. Paste your CRISP_WEBSITE_ID in the available space.




  6. Click the Save Changes button.
  7. Click OK in the pop-up success notification.
  8. Done.
