TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONSULTATION FEATURES IN UTAS

Before using the email and video consultation features in UTAS, please read the following terms and conditions to the end. By using the email or video consultation features from UTAS, agree and comply with all terms and conditions on this page.

Definition

UTAS is a platform service to generate income from the internet by selling physical products, digital products, and consultations. The Consultation Feature is a feature used to conduct online consultations or Q&A sessions from within UTAS through email (chat) and/or video methods.

Parties Involved

  1. UTAS acts as a provider of email and video consultation services.
  2. The Users acts as a parties who organizes online consultation services via email and/or video using the UTAS application.
  3. The Buyers acts as a party who uses online consultation services via email and/or video through UTAS and has made full payment.

Condition

  1. Both Users and Buyers, hereinafter referred to as “Parties”, are declared to be of legal age and have sound mind in using UTAS.
  2. If any disputes founded while using UTAS, the Parties agree to have amicably resolved their outstanding dispute by the jurisdiction law of the country of Indonesia.

Email Consultation User Terms

  1. The User must use the consultation service as intended without any malicious intentions or actions that violate Indonesian law.
  2. The User must conduct consultation sessions via email within 3×24 hours after the Buyer has made payment.
  3. The consultation fee will be refunded 100% to the Buyer if the User does not reply to the consultation within 3×24 hours after the status is Paid.
  4. The consultation will be considered canceled by the User if the User does not reply to the consultation via email within the time specified by UTAS.
  5. The consultation payment will be received by the User after 24 hours from when the consultation is considered canceled.
  6. If the Buyer files a complaint and any fraudulent or malicious intentions are found by the UTAS team, then the consultation payment will be refunded 100% to the Buyer.
  7. UTAS is not responsible for all transactions made outside of the UTAS system.

Email Consultation Buyer Terms

  1. After making payment, the Buyer is entitled to receive an email from UTAS containing access to read the User’s response.
  2. The Buyer can cancel the consultation by contacting the UTAS team.
  3. Cancellation of the consultation by the Buyer will incur a 20% fee of the consultation transaction value, so the Buyer will only receive a refund of 80% of the transaction value.
  4. The consultation will be considered canceled by the Buyer if the User has not replied to the consultation and agreed to the Buyer’s cancellation request.
  5. The Buyer has the right to file a complaint if any fraudulent actions are found by the User, within less than 24 hours after the consultation schedule.
  6. All forms of complaint must be supported by correct and strong evidence.
  7. The Buyer has the right to receive compensation for a refund of up to 100% if the complaint is approved by the UTAS team.
  8. The funds will be forwarded to the User if the complaint is rejected by the UTAS team.
  9. The consultation will be deemed completed without any obstacles and the funds will be forwarded to the User starting from 24 hours after the consultation schedule.
  10. Complaints submitted more than 24 hours after the consultation schedule will be automatically rejected by the system. UTAS is not responsible for all transactions made outside of the UTAS system.

Video Consultation User Terms

  1. The User must use the consultation service properly without any malicious intent or in violation of Indonesian law.
  2. The User must conduct the consultation session via video at the scheduled time after the Buyer has made the payment.
  3. The User has the right to cancel or make changes to the consultation.
  4. The consultation fee will be refunded 100% to the Buyer if the User cancels the consultation.
  5. Requests to change the consultation schedule must be approved by both parties.
  6. If the Buyer agrees to the User’s request to change the schedule, the consultation session will continue according to the new schedule.
  7. The User will consider the consultation cancelled if the Buyer rejects the User’s request to change the consultation schedule.
  8. The consultation fee payment will be received by the User after 24 hours from the scheduled consultation time.
  9. If the Buyer files a complaint and fraud or malicious intent is found by the Utas team, the consultation fee will be refunded 100% to the Buyer.
  10. Utas is not responsible for all transactions conducted outside the Utas system.

Video Consultation Buyer Terms

  1. After making the payment, the Buyer is entitled to and will receive an email from Utas containing access to create a Google Meet link where the video consultation will take place.
  2. Buyers are expected to create the Google Meet link independently.
  3. Buyers who do not create the Google Meet link independently will receive the Google Meet link automatically 1 hour before the scheduled consultation.
  4. The created Google Meet link indicates that the Buyer can no longer cancel or change the consultation schedule.
  5. Buyers can cancel changes to the consultation schedule on the buyer login dashboard page.
  6. Cancellation of the consultation by the Buyer will be subject to a 20% fee of the consultation transaction value, so the Buyer will only receive a refund of 80% of the transaction value.
  7. Requests to change the consultation schedule must be approved by both parties.
  8. If the User agrees to the Buyer’s request to change the schedule, the consultation session will continue according to the new schedule.
  9. The consultation will be considered cancelled by the Buyer if the User rejects the Buyer’s request to change the consultation schedule.
  10. Buyers have the right to file a complaint if they find fraud on the User’s part, within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation.
  11. All complaints must be accompanied by proper and strong supporting evidence. Buyers have the right to receive compensation for a refund of up to 100% if their complaint is approved by the Utas team.
  12. Funds will be forwarded to the User if the complaint is rejected by the Utas team.
  13. The consultation will be considered complete without any problems, and funds will be forwarded to the User from 24 hours after the consultation schedule.
  14. Complaints filed more than 24 hours after the consultation schedule will be automatically rejected by the system. Utas is not responsible for all transactions conducted outside the Utas system.
